What we collect

Information you choose to submit through our contact form: name, email, phone (optional), topic and message.

The site has no user accounts and does not collect Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive financial information. Please do not include such details in the form.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a meeting and, if you become a client, provide related services. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

To run the site and deliver email we use Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (forwarding form submissions to us by email) and Google Fonts (web fonts). They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Your dark/light display choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage and is not sent to us.

If we add visitor analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, and ask us to correct or delete it, without being treated differently for doing so. Contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
